An introductory membership joining fee of $AUD49.95 with an ongoing monthly subscription of $AUD5.95 until cancelled by unsubscribing on our website. New offers will be regularly added to the list of fabulous VIP 0ffers.
How can I pay? We accept Visa and Mastercard, or you can make a manual payment by placing a phone call to A Lavish Affair, where we will provide our direct deposit banking details.
Can I change my billing details later? Yes, simply phone A Lavish Affair to change your billing details.
How long is membership valid for?
Membership is ongoing until you decide you wish to cancel it by unsubscribing online.
How many special offers can I access?
We are currently listing special offers in over 40 wedding categories. Those categories include couture, accessories, cakes, celebrants, florists, décor, dance lessons, music and entertainment, photography, reception venues and more. New and updated offers are updated often - be sure to check back regularly!
How do the special offer coupons work?
Members simply print the special offer coupon and present it to the supplier for redemption before the expiry date.
Can I still use a wedding planner with these offers?
Yes, infact clients whom engage our wedding planning services receive even more savings. Wedding Planners are a great source of ideas and VIP contacts.
What guarantee do I get with these suppliers?
Our recommended suppliers are handpicked for their quality and professionalism, but of course we can’t take full responsibility for their level of service. Unlike paid bridal directory listings, A Lavish Affair has worked with these businesses, and can vouch for them personally, which gives you much better assurance than an unfiltered ad list.
Can I change the names on the coupon?
The names of the bride and groom can’t be changed on the coupon as they’re tracked by the supplier and can only be redeemed by that couple.
Can I use the offer more than once?
Coupons are coded with a unique number and represent a one-time special offer. However, if you lose or misplace a coupon you can reprint it to redeem your offer.
If I am a supplier, how do I get listed?
Supplier listings are by invitation only however you may wish to contact info@alavishaffair.com to discuss your application and meeting our criteria.

What is the policy on returns & refunds? Since the membership fees only grant access to exclusive offers and discounts, there will be no returns or refunds on the membership fee. Ongoing monthly fees are paid in advance of access, so no there will be no partial refunds.
What is the shipping/delivery policy? All coupons are downloaded from this website, so there is no need for physical delivery.
